Being a professional company and well established in service industry we undertake AMC for locks and also repair Minibar, Control Modules, 2 modular Key tags, safe lockers & ETC. Checking of all the locks & Front desk systems twice a year during the contract period. Free Staff Training twice a year during annual check-up. Free Repairing and replacement of faulty components of Lock. Free repairing of any lock equipment / component. Full training of the Hotel Engineering Team on troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts. Onsite Update to the latest software version and System modification and extension during annual check-up.
Upgrade from Mag to RFID
MAGNETIC STRIPE CARD SYSTEM CAN BE EASILY CONVERTED TO THE CONTACTLESS RFID SYSTEM
Your current Magnetic Stripe Onity Lock can now be upgraded to the latest "RFID contactless" technology (Radio Frequency Identification), operated by RFID cards. By adapting an RFID upgrade kit (just the lock reader need to be replaced), your lock continues to operate with the same database, but now with RFID cards.
- Advantages of this new technology:
- The RFID lock is sealed and has no card insertion slot, thus its components are protected from the environment and virtually maintenance-free
- The RFID encoder has no moving parts, motor, roller or belts that may suffer wear and tear
- Guests and employees key cards never lose their encoded data because they are not sensitive to magnetic fields, for example from a cell phone
- With the RFID upgrade, the locks work in 4.5V cutting by half the consumption of batteries!
- The RFID system uses the new "Anti-cloning" technology offering greater security to guests and confidence to your employees
- RFID Upgrade kit installation is quick and simple and does not need any drilling

One Time Service (OTS)
Our Technical team would visit your property for four to five days for a One- time service. All Locks and Front desk will be checked and serviced methodically. Required components will be repaired at site. Telephonic support and Remote Support for 1 year would be provided.
